The Spa des Terrasses d'Eze offers you a "Deep Well-Being" course inspired by the Roman thermal baths for a real detox journey. An original concept where different rooms are organized around an indoor hydromassage pool heated to 32°C offering pure water filtered with ozone and magnesium, without any chemical additives. You will find waterfalls, jets, whirlpools and hydromassage benches. The tour continues with the 4 heat experience rooms that will prepare your body for the rise in temperature: Tepidarium, hammam, bio sauna, Finnish sauna. Then the wall and the ice fountain for a hot/cold reaction. An experience offering many benefits: improvement of blood circulation, stimulation of the immune system, muscular relaxation, elimination of toxins... Our floating room: A unique experience for a deep relaxation of the body and mind, in weightlessness! Simply lie down and relax in this cabin filled with 25cm of Epsom salt water, heated to 35°C, for a real experience of floating and deprivation of sensory stimulation. Body and mind are reconciled in a total and natural osmosis for an unprecedented result: a state of well-being and deep relaxation. The benefits are multiple, both physical and emotional: Reduction of fatigue, jet lag and stress, recovery from stress, stimulation of creativity, imagination and motivation, soothing of joint and muscle pain, detoxification of the body, reduction of depression, anxiety, fears and addictions. A one-hour session is equivalent to 4 to 6 hours of deep sleep.
