A unique concept where different rooms are organized around an indoor hydromassage pool heated to 32°C. Here you'll find waterfalls, jets, a whirlpool bath and hydromassage benches. The tour continues with the 4 heat-experience rooms that will prepare your body for the temperature rise: Tepidarium, hammam, bio sauna, Finnish sauna. Then the fountain and ice wall for a hot/cold reaction. An experience offering numerous benefits: improved blood circulation, stimulation of the immune system, muscle relaxation, elimination of toxins... The journey continues with sensory showers that play on all your senses for a truly gentle moment (chromotherapy, aromas, temperatures, different jet pressures). Remineralize in the Himalayan salt wall relaxation room to extend your wellness break. The Spa des Terrasses d'Eze also offers a floatation room: a unique experience for deep relaxation of body and mind, in weightlessness! All you have to do is lie back and relax in this cabin filled with 30cm of Epsom salt water, heated to 35°C, for a true experience of floating and deprivation of sensory stimulation. Body and mind are reconciled in total, natural osmosis, for an unprecedented state of well-being and deep relaxation. The benefits are manifold, both physical and emotional: reduced fatigue, jet lag and stress; recovery from exertion thanks to magnesium-rich water; stimulation of creativity, imagination and motivation; soothing of joint and muscle pain; detoxification of the body; reduction of depression, anxiety, fears and addictions.
