Les Orres has installed beehives in the heart of the mountains. Located on a sunny south-facing site close to a water source, the Abeïa apiary can be visited on a guided tour by reservation.

Guided tours take place in July and August and must be booked in advance. Book online at: https://activites.lesorres.com/en/ For your safety, please follow these guidelines when visiting the apiary: Do not cross the electric fence. Avoid sudden movements. Preferably avoid wearing brightly coloured clothing. Avoid wearing perfume, hairspray, or strongly scented products. Pets are not allowed unless accompanied by someone who remains outside the apiary area, near the picnic tables. Self-Guided Tour: If you would like to explore the apiary on your own, information panels located at a safe distance reveal the fascinating secrets of the bees while ensuring your safety.
