Description
This hike is long but easy. It starts at a shaded balcony and continues on a grassy ridge and it takes you to the top of the Valdrôme resort. The panorama over the whole Southern Alps is magnificent.
- TipsWARNING: On this route, you may encounter guard dogs protecting herds from wolf attacks.
It is strongly discouraged to bring a pet dog, even if it is on a leash.
If you encounter a herd, stay calm: stop, let the guard dogs get a good look at you, then give the herd a wide detour without making any sudden movements.

The starting point is located below the Col d'Arron.
This hike offers no major difficulty but it is long.
