From Fontgillarde, the route joins Saint-Véran along a forest road. The route is off the main roads, on a dedicated track.

The entire route is based on this forest floor, with no indication of technical sections or surface changes. Progress is linear from one point to the next. Marking summer 2026. The recharging point is at the Parking de Beauregard in Saint-Véran.
