Description
A hike from Meyreuil takes you to a fully rehabilitated and reforested mining slag heap.
This 5 km walk takes you to the top of the Defens slag heap, where you can see the sumptuous landscapes transformed by human activity linked to the extraction and exploitation of coal. Thematic markers accompany you along the trail. Picnic tables at the start and finish of the route invite you to spend a good time in the small Valbrillant valley.
