Description
A regular, airy hiking route around the Grande Combe and Cabot streams. The Col de Chabaud is also the gateway to Italy.
Park at the roadside parking lot below the hamlets of Le Bourget and Cabot.
Start climbing towards "Cabot", then continue uphill until you come to a fork in the road. The route on the left leads to the Souré ridge and the one on the right to the Col de Chabaud. Continue right to the Col de Chabaud. The Cime de Fournier rises proudly above the pass, while there is a fine view of the Turge de Peyron.
