Thanks to our exceptionally sunny climate, you can enjoy golfing all year round in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur on an amazing choice of 60 or so courses spread throughout the region – an ideal way to tour while practising your favourite sport. From greens to fairways and the Mediterranean Sea to the Alps, through hilltop villages and lavender fields, the gorgeous scenery of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur offers a stunning backdrop for every round… And the experience doesn’t end on the course! Prolong the pleasure with Bandol wine tasting at Dolce Frégate, a relaxing pampering session at the Domaine des Sources spa, a spot of culture in Les Baux-de-Provence near Golf de Servanes or a sporty hike around the Blue Green Estérel Hills.

Respecting the environment

Golf courses committed to a eco-friendliness

The environment is a key concern for Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur’s regional golf courses, many of which have taken an eco-friendly stance on preserving biodiversity, processing waste and reducing water consumption. For example, Golf de Terre Blanche has sculpted its layout to allow it to collect rainwater runoffs and uses green building materials and local human resources. More than just a golf course, Terre Blanche is a truly exceptional nature reserve, blending perfectly into the landscapes of the Pays de Fayence area. Domaine de Manville has also gone green in the last few years and is the first golf course in France to be awarded the Ecocert label.

Combining performance and pleasure

Exceptional layouts for all levels

Home to many internationally renowned courses, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region attracts keen golfers from the world over. The Golf International de Pont Royal boasts one of Europe’s finest layouts, signed by none other than Severiano Ballestros. Magnificently-maintained and featuring many tee-offs and a wide variety of play, this course unveils a genuine sporting challenge. On the Côte d’Azur, the Royal Mougins Golf Club is a prestigious and exclusive course suitable for golfers of all levels, designed by architect Robert von Hagge to embrace the site’s extraordinary natural beauty.
