Soif de Provence is a craft brewery founded by Denis, who has been brewing since 2015, qualified as a craft brewer in 2024, and is a true jack-of-all-trades in the brewery.

Nestled within a Provençal farmhouse, the brewery is an intimate venue, perfect for sharing a drink in small groups. Tastings mainly take place outdoors. Private tours and tastings are available by appointment. Direct sales at the brewery: every Friday from 5pm to 8pm Our range Our range consists of 6 permanent beers, regularly complemented by seasonal special editions: • Blonde A classic, approachable and well-balanced beer Gold medal – Lyon International Competition • Blanche Very refreshing, with citrus notes • IPA A fruity, expressive beer with a well-balanced bitterness Silver medal – Lyon International Beer Competition • British Strong Ale - Amber A full-bodied, slightly caramelised beer with character, yet approachable • Porter A dark beer with notes of coffee and chocolate, a rich and indulgent brew • Belgian Strong Ale A more robust lager with typical Belgian notes, rich and expressive Our beers are available in 33cl bottles as well as in 20- and 30-litre kegs for private, community or corporate events.
