Beers made in an ecological way in an old renovated sheepfold, within the 600 hectares of the Domaine de Sulauze where vines, hay, olive trees, bulls and cereals are mixed.

The brewery is located in a 300 year old sheepfold, where young brewers brew, in part, with the help of the cereals and hops grown biodynamically on the estate. In the respect of a successful artisanal brewing, the beers are rich in natural aromas which result from the various malts and hops used. The result is a range of character, lively and evolving. The Beer Garden of the brewery has a warm counter and the garden hosts magical concert evenings under the stars. It is open every summer from June to September, where you can taste the brewery's craft beers on site.
