Description
Bulles de Provence beers are brewed locally in the Puyricard brewery's “innovation workshop”. These flavoursome craft beers are made from natural products and are brewed according to the traditional method.
Located on the Puyricard plateau, less than 10 km from Aix-en-Provence city centre, the brewery stands among vineyards and looks out on Mont Sainte-Victoire. The wooden building with its solar panel roof is unmistakable and reflects the brewery's determination to produce natural products of the highest quality.
A few feet of hops planted for educational purposes, on the facade of the building, allow visitors to observe the evolution of the plant. The creepers that wrap around cables to the roof allow them to discover the hop cones, the essential ingredient of the beverage.
