Description
Organic sourdough bread, baked in a wood-fired oven: plain breads and ‘special’ breads with olives, flax, nuts, raisins, sesame seeds, apricots/almonds.
He handcrafts semi-wholemeal pasta using a delicious traditional recipe.
In his brewery, Cédric produces beer made from stale bread!
You can find his products on site (July/August), at Barcelonnette market on Wednesdays (in season) and Saturdays (all year round) and at the Maison de Pays in Jausiers.
