THE WINES
* The white wine is essentially made from Rolle, the aromatic grape variety of Provence.
* The rosé wine is made from Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache, typical of the Côtes de Provence appellation.
* Red wines are traditionally vinified in vats. Aging in vats for 4 to 6 months refines and rounds out the fiery character of these wines. These wines are made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes, and can be aged for 3 to 5 years.
