Cellier de la Crau is a Provencal cooperative winery founded in 1912, nestled in the heart of the Toulon region, which passionately produces Côtes de Provence appellation wines with sunny, typically Mediterranean aromas. Where to buy Direct sales all year round from Monday to Saturday, 8:30am-12:30pm & 2:30pm-6pm, at the Cellier de La Crau. The wines * The white wine is essentially made from Rolle, the aromatic grape variety of Provence. * The rosé wine is made from Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache, typical of the Côtes de Provence appellation. * Red wines are traditionally vinified in vats. Aging in vats for 4 to 6 months refines and rounds out the fiery character of these wines. These wines are made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes, and can be aged for 3 to 5 years.
