Producers of organic lavender, lavandin and einkorn wheat since 1838, as well as honey, Château de la Gabelle welcomes you to a charming concept store where the passion for Provence is shared. To complete your experience of authentic Provence, workshops are organised within the shop. Expertise dating back to 1838, used to craft and reinvent quality products, as part of a commitment to responsible consumption. Certified organic for over 15 years, the château’s estate is mainly cultivated with lavender, lavandin and einkorn wheat. We work as a family, day in, day out, to protect this environment. For us, choosing organic is a way of protecting this environment, by offering you high-quality products that are good for your health, and by inviting you to discover us in a beautiful setting that is beneficial to your well-being.
