We would like to offer you quality shellfish, they come out of their last water a few hours before shipping to guarantee you a very high freshness.
Oysters at Tamaris are fleshy, crunchy and fragrant, and each size has its own character. Try our different maturing techniques depending on the season.
In summer, raw or cooked black mussels, with their distinctive taste, are sure to satisfy seafood lovers.
From autumn to spring, we work with galicia mussels after they have been repaired on our tables in the bay.

* At the Coquillages du Sud farm, Monday to Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. all year round. Oysters and Mussels
