Founded in 1980, Gayral-Reynier distillerie et liquoriste is a family-run business producing sea buckthorn juice, birch sap and fruit juices, and distilling plant and fruit liqueurs.

Just push open the boutique door to discover the virtues of birch sap or sea buckthorn juice! Discover the company's fruit juices, all from Champsaur orchards, while the distillery's hay, verbena, larch and genepi liqueurs evoke the scents of the Écrins! A tour of the workshops (by appointment) highlights the different stages in the production process: the press, the distillery and its still, and the cellar where the liqueurs age in their oak barrels.
