It comprises 38 hectares of vineyards, cereal crops, as well as organic fodder and olive oil production with the AOC Aix-en-Provence designation. The vineyard faces due south. It enjoys bright skies on a site where the Romans first planted vines. This terroir is perfectly suited to the vineyard, sheltered from the Mistral, bathed in sunshine and surrounded by olive trees. Respect for nature and the environment is a constant concern for everyone involved. All cultivation is carried out in accordance with the strict specifications of organic farming. This estate dates back to the 17th century and has been owned by a single family since 1850.
