Small 5-hectare estate. It is divided into six parcels of land, all on the Orange road in the Palastor, Bois Dauphin and Cabrières districts. Limited production.
In the cellar, the grapes are turned into wine in concrete tiled vats dug out of the rock, preserving a gentle, natural heat for a long time. Wine is made in a traditional way, with local yeasts, some 4 weeks of maceration and punching down done by hand.
