In about 1890, our great-great-grandfather Ferulla bought his first parcels of land in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the beginning of a whole line of winemakers...
In 2009, Sébastien Cuscusa, the grandson of Armand Ferulla, took up the reins on the family estate after learning his trade in winemaking at a large number of prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape wineries.
With the high standards of work and rigour of his ancestors, he now applies his skills and his passion in a quest for unquestionable quality.
He renamed the estate Domaine la Consonnière, after one of its oldest parcels of land.
Today the estate extends over 7.5 hectares for Châteauneuf-du-Pape and 5 hectares for Lirac.
