The Domaine les Cengles is situated at the foot of Sainte-Victoire Mountain, in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge. The estate comprises 12 hectares of olive groves.

The olives are harvested in such a way as to ensure minimum stress to the trees and are crushed within 24 hours which guarantees a high-quality oil. The olive oil produced is extra virgin, and cold-pressed, which enhances its fruitiness and preserves the subtle flavours of the Provençal region. Please call before visiting the estate.
