More than an entrepreneurial story, it's a family affair, since the Domaine could never have existed without the siblings of the two founders. Here, the terroirs are respected, the vines are worked and not systematically weeded, or even grassed when they are a little too vigorous. Because quality wines require limited production. Average production per hectare is just over 40 hl, whatever the appellation (including Vins de Pays and Vins de France). Organic production: no chemical fertilizers, only organic fertilizers.
