The 1st stone of the Domaine's new vinification cellar was laid in February 2008, at Clos Manuelle. The serenity of the Clos Manuelle was an ideal site for chiseling the cuvées in the heart of the Domaine's most representative vineyard.

Covering an area of 35 hectares in the communes of Le Thoronet and Carcès, 4/5ths of the vineyard is classified as AOC Côtes de Provence. The Bistrot Le P'tit Bouchon welcomes you to the estate for a timeless interlude. From glass to plate, come and enjoy your favorite vintages in a wine and food pairing.
