At the foot of the Sainte-Victoire massif, the Saint Pancrace estate extends around the Saint-Pancrace chapel, built in 1045 on the site of an ancient Roman villa.

The great diversity of soils favors biodiversity, enabling the company to cultivate crops in a way that respects living organisms: construction of nesting boxes, planting of fruit hedges and melliferous meadows, preservation of riparian vegetation.

The estate also produces its own olive oil.
