Dating back to the 13th century, Château Saint-Pierre d'Escarvaillac produces organically-converted red wines, fruit juices and olive oil. Their discovery blends art, history and vine-growing.
Avignon's only private winery, located in Montfavet, 11km southeast of the city walls. Its red wines are still vinified in the original stone cellars.
