Situated in the heart of the Sauvebonne valley, just a stone's throw from the coast, between vines and olive trees, our family estate offers you its IGP BIO du VAR wine, made from ten grape varieties selected for their typicality, as well as olive oil AOP PROVENCE BIO.
"Sauvebonne, this admirable and delightful valley where the traveler would like to stop at every step...". P.N. FELLON, Hyères en Provence ou Guide des Voyageurs - 1834.
Since 2002, at Domaine Solignac, we have been perpetuating the enchantment of this unique place, capturing the very essence of the magic that enchanted 19th-century travelers. Nestled in the heart of the Sauvebonne valley, just a stone's throw from the Hyères coastline, our family estate flourishes between reeds, vines and fig trees, producing exceptional organic wines and olive oil. Total grass cover, the use of organic fertilizers, treatments based on natural purins and gentle pruning of the vines are all practices that preserve the biological life of our soils and guarantee the quality of our fruit.
In this sanctuary of biodiversity, where artisanal cultivation is king, we look after our olive trees with passion, producing PDO Huile d'Olive de Provence Bio olive oil, an authentic reflection of our terroir.
The diversity of our grape varieties - Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, Carignan, Rolle, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Viognier - enables us to produce wines of character, fresh and light, that fully express the typicity of our terroir and its characteristic iodine note.
Because Domaine Solignac is a place where art flourishes in all its forms, we offer a summer program rich in artistic discoveries. Our summer program: exhibitions, concerts, shows... Let us surprise you with the creativity and talent of local artists!
Our nomad tent, set up in the grounds of the estate, offers a unique setting for your private or professional events. From May to September, it can accommodate your corporate seminars, team-building days, family parties and other celebrations, subject to prior reservation. Don't hesitate to contact us to organize a tailor-made event.
We preserve biodiversity by creating areas suitable for the settlement of wild fauna and flora, by creating virgin spaces and flowering hedges, by maintaining a natural stocked pond and the grassing of our crops. Beehives are also kept on our farm, and white heather honey is harvested in winter by our beekeeper Lionel GAGLIANO. Our wooded park, where we install a nomad tent during the summer months, enables us to host events such as seminars, family reunions, plays or acoustic music concerts by night from May onwards. All our facilities are open to visitors by reservation, and we take great pleasure in introducing our guests to our protected environment in the heart of nature.
