Domaine Valette wine estate has been run by Vivet family for 7 decades. Michel,has taken over from his parents and runs the business

Ambitious, the young man wanted to produce wines of consistent quality from one year to the next in order to build customer loyalty. He began by investing in a cellar, installing it in the place of an old cowshed. He also took care of the vineyard. A gentle process...
Managed in the traditional way, with ploughing on the rows, weeding on the vines, and treatments reduced to a strict minimum, the vineyard is classified as AOC Côtes de Provence.

THE WINES
* Cuvée Hautes Restanques Rosé - AOC Côtes de Provence.
Very pale, brilliant color, expressive nose of peach, violet, orange blossom, followed by exotic notes of pineapple and guava. Ample, gourmand and delicate on the palate, finishing with aromas of vine peach and blackcurrant.
