Estate - Château Bonisson

Plots of vines were registered as early as 1791. The acquisition of Château Bonisson by our family in 2017 aims to give new impetus to this ancient estate by respecting and upholding its values: quality, authenticity, naturalness and sharing. With respect for the environment, we have undertaken major restructuring and improvement work on the estate. We run our vineyards organically, respecting the phases of the moon for the various operations. We plough our rows with horses to respect our soil and avoid compaction. What's more, all our harvesting is done by hand by experienced pickers. Our low yields per hectare ensure the high quality of our wines. Accessible for disabled
