Château Bonisson is located in the commune of Rognes, in the Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence protected appellation.
First recorded in the land registry in 1602, Château Bonisson, a 10-hectare estate, is a well-preserved site of magical beauty, featuring an 18th-century country house and an ‘Italian-style’ terrace overlooking a vineyard surrounded by woodland and a hill dotted with centuries-old oak trees.
The entire estate is certified organic. The soil is worked by hand using a horse-drawn plough, and the grapes are harvested by hand.
The winemaking process combines tradition and innovation.
You can also explore the Bonisson Art Centre, a space dedicated to contemporary art, with free admission.
