As an organic farmer-baker, I grow ancient wheat and small spelt, which we use to bake organic sourdough bread in a wood-fired oven.
Located on the beautiful Valensole plateau, we bake bread in a wood-fired oven three times a week to sell at outdoor markets. We also offer Accueil Paysan farm stays on our property.
