The Gaec du Buisonet is a dairy farm located in the Seyne basin. It is in the heart of these landscapes between the Alps and Provence that the Michel family raises its herd of Montbéliardes. The breeding conditions and the quality of the milk allow a very diversified production, fresh cheeses, cheese faisselles, yoghurts and for the greedy ones, milk jam!
