Our olive grove is located in the commune of Saint Pierre de Vassols at the foot of Mont Ventoux. This is a low-acidity PDO Provence extra virgin olive oil made directly from the olives, using mechanical processes only. For optimum conservation, it comes in an elegant rectangular one-litre tin.
