We own one of the largest fishing and mussel farms in France, specializing in the breeding and production of Camargue mussels and oysters.
In addition, with 20 tons of storage at your service, we can offer you fresh, high-quality products all year round. What's more, our business covers the whole of France and the rest of the world, thanks to our extensive distribution network.
We produce oysters, flat oysters and Camargue mussels.
We also fish clams, tellins and violets by hand.
Then it became obvious to us to add our restaurant to sublimate all these products cooked with the passion of the trade.
We've now opened an online boutique, so that all regions can enjoy these exceptional products.

In addition, we give priority to our own production, Carteau mussels, Joaline de Camargue oysters, flat oysters, hand-caught razor clams fished with salt by hand, tellinier, hand-caught Mediterranean clams and many other products from other regions that are immersed in our large purification and storage basins to offer you products of the highest freshness and quality.
Specialties from our region such as:
melets, small crushed anchovies macerated in olive oil with pepper and herbs.
poutargue, dried mullet roe (the caviar of Provence).
A cod-based dish made from dried and salted cod. This Nîmes specialty has spread throughout Occitania, from Languedoc to Liguria, via Provence and Roussillon, all the way to the Catalan region.
