Established in 2011, Laetitia and Gabriel raise around 50 goats that they graze all year round in the commune of Gréolières, in the Alpes Maritimes.

Located in the commune of Gréolières, the Chévrerie des Grêles offers a privileged environment for its herd. Laetitia and Gabriel's goats thrive in the fresh air between the bars of the Cheiron and the valley of the Loup, in a rich natural environment characteristic of the Préalpes d'Azur.
Committed to sustainable land management, this farming couple actively contributes to the upkeep of the landscape and the region's pastoral traditions. The same commitment governs the production of goat cheeses (soon to be certified organic), which are sold in short circuits at local markets.
