In the land of 'Mr Seguin's Goat', the Mas Laferrière is the production site of 'La Fromagerie des Alpilles'. The Mas is surrounded by prairies, in the midst of which the white goats can be seen. This family business, founded in 1981, has made its mark thanks to the quality and originality of its products, which include 'besace', finely seasoned 'tommettes aromatisées' and cheeses made from olive oil and berries. You will find these cheeses, with their gold labels, in the Mas and in most of the region's gourmet delicatessens. The Alpilles cheese dairy won two gold medals for these cheeses at the international competition in Lyon.
