The Moulin de l'Olivette, established in 1928 in Manosque in the heart of Haute Provence, has a long history and expertise. Tours of the mill are available by appointment and olive oil tastings are available every day.

It also offers a delicatessen as well as occasional tastings hosted by regional producers. Sale of olive oils, regional products and olive wood. A regular runner-up in the general agricultural competition.
