Description
Composed of 70 goats, the herd grazes outdoors all year round. Fresh and matured cheeses, as well as yogurts produced and made on-site, are sold directly at the farm and at local markets.
The farm is located in St Jean de Sault, at an altitude of about 850 meters. We make fresh and aged cheeses, as well as yogurt, from our goat's milk on the farm. We also offer goat milk soaps. Additionally, we produce spelt, which we sell as whole grains, flour, and spelt pasta. Our products are available for sale at the farm as well as at the markets in Bédoin (Monday) and Sault (Wednesday).
