Both in retraining, Anne and Nicolas offer their production of extra-fresh, diversified and organic vegetables at the Bouverie market, Saturday mornings from May to November.
"Les Pêchers Mignons" is an organic micro-farm that produces a large variety of vegetables on a small cultivated area. The whole thing is not very mechanized.
Because eating is an agricultural commitment, our work tool respects the principles of agroecology, with particular care given to the life of the soil and the biodiversity of the place.
