Lionel Gagliano is passionate about these hymenopteran insects, vegetarians and foragers, and makes his own honey products, gingerbread, marshmallows and nougats. The honey comes from his own production.

The beehives are planted and scattered throughout the region, particularly in La Crau, harvested in the magnificent relief of Provence. Please contact us to arrange an appointment for delivery and/or tasting.
