Uncle Ernest didn't come from America, but he was the source of the family's most precious assets: a small vineyard at the foot of the Ventoux near Vaison-la-Romaine, and the passion of a trade to make it bear fruit...
Today, Alexandre and Lucie take up the torch from the 4th generation. They have retained their love of the land and of doing things well. Driven by the desire to preserve the unique characteristics of the terroir, Alexandre demands meticulous work adapted to each parcel to bring out the unique personality of each wine.
The timing of hand-picking, the extraction period, the length of maceration, total or partial aging in oak barrels - each cuvée is the object of particular attention.
