The Mas Oncle Ernest is a small organic, family domain, situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux. It is the fruit of four generations of work, from the founder, Ernest Gros, to Alexandre Roux, a young, meticulous and ambitious winegrower.

He puts his all into producing small amounts of high quality wine. He wants
to make diff erent wines by using special wine-making methods. Modern wines
which nevertheless are in keeping with the basic principles and which tend to
develop a rich and original character.
