Today, our cooperative has almost 450 members. These olive growers continue to cultivate their groves in the traditional way, following a ritual program that respects the rhythm of the olive tree's life.
The Moulin Coopératif de Mouriès now brings together nearly 450 olive growers who share a love for the traditional cultivation of olive trees, according to a ritual process in which the life rhythm of the tree is respected. The result is a tasty virgin olive oil with the AOC Vallée des Baux label.
