Olive farm run as an agro-forestry on a Provencal hillside and its charming holiday cottage with its Sainte-Baume Regional Natural Park label “Valeurs parc”.

We control the whole process - the management of our olive trees in the orchards, the harvesting and the production of an organic Extra Virgin olive oil from our own mill. Our organic Extra Virgin olive oil is pure fresh fruit oil, cold extracted from the pulp of the olives on our estate and only by a mechanical process in our own mill.

In the upper Gapeau valley, spread out at the foot of a cliff cirque, the Domaine des Escavalins is already announcing the wilderness of the Sainte-Baume. The olive trees have been planted here, around the old farmhouse and vacation cottage, amidst the hills and Mediterranean species. The delicious organic oil they produce owes its aromatic value to the quality of the fruit and the care lavished by highly committed farmers. The Olives en Provence farm is part of a global agroforestry approach that preserves the balance of biodiversity. Inhabited areas, agricultural plots, forests, wild flora and fauna and domestic animals all live together in natural harmony.
