A reflective and immersive session on open-field vegetable farming in organic agriculture.
The tour is structured around descriptive and/or hands-on workshops that introduce visitors to skills tailored to small-scale farming. The nature of the workshops varies by season. Workshops on sowing, planting, and food processing. The ongoing workshops offer participants the opportunity to learn, among other things, how to care for an olive grove and raise laying hens. The experience is complemented by a reflective exploration of the relationship between humans and nature.
