The Domaine de Sulauze is a vineyard producing biodynamic wines with an AOC Coteaux d'Aix.

The cellar of Sulauze extends over 30 hectares of vineyards. The whole cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics and agroecology: - with respect for life and responsibility towards the living (no weedkiller, no insecticide, no chemical treatment). - Working the soil and respecting biodynamic farming techniques (preparation for the microbial life of the soil and following the lunar calendar for all operations in the vineyard as well as in the cellar). - Manual harvesting.
