The oysters at Tamaris are fleshy, crunchy and fragrant, with each size having its own specificity, try our different maturing processes according to the seasons.
In summer, the raw or cooked black mussels, with their very special taste, will satisfy seafood lovers. From autumn to spring, we work on the mussels after they have been repaired on our tables in the bay.
