Description
Coquillages du Sud oyster producer in the Bay of Tamaris.
Our oysters and mussels are taken out of their last water a few hours before shipping to guarantee a very high level of freshness.
The oysters at Tamaris are fleshy, crunchy and fragrant, with each size having its own specificity, try our different maturing processes according to the seasons.
In summer, the raw or cooked black mussels, with their very special taste, will satisfy seafood lovers. From autumn to spring, we work on the mussels after they have been repaired on our tables in the bay.

The shop in the town centre: Les Perles de Tamaris 11 rue de la république La Seyne sur mer from Tuesday to Sunday morning. Shellfish, seafood and seafood groceries from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm in winter and 3:00 pm in summer to enjoy your plates or platters of shellfish.
