The farm includes a breeding of cows of Aubrac race, black pigs, lambs and the culture of the Crau hay, within an agricultural domain of more than 600ha, located at the north of Istres.

Animals born and raised on the estate in the open air on 25 hectares of organic Crau hay meadow - AOC. Products : Crau hay Meat The bamboo plantation of Sulauze also has a catering side and proposes also cooked dishes.
