One of the oldest cooperatives in the department and the flagship cellar of the Pierrefeu vineyard. Almost 100 years after its creation, the Pierrefeu Winegrowers' Cellar has lost none of its dynamism.
Les Vignerons de la Cave de Pierrefeu is one of the oldest cooperatives in the department. The cooperative was founded in 1921 in the heart of the village
With over 150 members and a high-quality vineyard, it has evolved to keep pace with the development of Provencal winegrowing. A tricolour production of quality and no less than fourteen vintages available in AOC, vins de pays des Maures and vins de table. Of all the AOC Côtes de Provence wines produced by the cooperative, it is undoubtedly "La cuvée des Coteaux" that best represents the expertise of the Pierrefeu winegrowers.
The wines:
* Cuvée des Coteaux Rouge: often awarded medals at the Brignoles competition in Saint Tropez. Beautiful aromas of red fruits, blackcurrants and violets that give it syrah and fine spicy notes.
* Cuvée des coteaux Rosé : The cuvée par excellence from the Pierrefeu winery, since it has been around for over 40 years. Very popular with the general public, it wins numerous awards every year.
* Prestige rouge : A powerful yet elegant cuvée. Best drunk young with game birds, stews or blue-veined cheeses.
* Cuvée Château Bauvais - Côtes de Provence rosé : Pale pink colour, crystalline highlights, lots of minerality.
Nose with citrus notes, full, round, smooth and fresh on the palate.
