Established in Authon and located at 1200 meters high, I grow aromatic and medicinal plants, small fruits and do some wild plants picking. At the farm,I transform those plants into pesto, jams, cordials and herbal teas.
My cultures are diversified, that is to say that I cultivate a large number of plants on a small surface. You will find in my garden aromatics with medicinal and tasty virtues : mint, lemon balm, lovage, sage, agastache, basil, savory, oregano...
But also flowers to add colors to my herbal teas: cornflower, mallow, marigold, Monarda...
As well as delicious red fruits: raspberries, currants, blackcurrants...
To complete my crops, I also do wild picking in the surrounding mountains. Using my sickle, I travel up the hill to harvest fine lavender, thyme, yarrow, St. John's wort...
I transform my harvests into pestos of wild or cultivated plants, original mixtures for infusions, colored herbs, plant cordials, natural jams or with plant infusions...
I also exceptionally make products for the holidays, such as chocolates with plants or Christmas herbal teas.
All my products are handmade and made by me. I develop my recipes with a view to preserving the natural taste of the plants and fruits that I work with, while bringing you their benefits. For this, I work certain plants fresh, and dry a large part of them in a rack dryer of my manufacture. I am lucky to benefit from the hot and dry climate of Provence, which allows me to dry most of the season without using electricity.
After drying, I sort all my plants by hand to guarantee their quality.
Recently, my spouse joined me to start an organic chicken farm.
